1. What you're buying

  1. A ticket is for one day on a private working farm in the Dandenong Ranges, Victoria, from 9am to about 4pm on the date you choose, including lunch.
  2. The price is $695 AUD per decision. One ticket covers one household making one decision about land, whoever from that household attends. A person making a separate decision (for their own land, budget, location or goals) needs their own ticket.
  3. The route, stops and content of the day are shaped on the day and may change with the weather, the season, the group and the property. Any description of the day is an outline, not a fixed program.
  4. Each date is limited to 8 tickets. Sales close 24 hours before the start.

2. Admission is at our discretion

This is a private property and entry is by invitation. We may decline any application or booking, or refuse entry to anyone, at our discretion. If we decline a paid booking before the day, we will refund it in full.

3. No refunds. You'll always get your day.

  1. Tickets are non-refundable, including if you change your mind, can't attend, or leave early.
  2. If you can't make your date, tell us before the day and we will move you to another date, including a date we arrange for you. Your ticket stays valid for 12 months from your original date.
  3. You may transfer your ticket to another household with our approval. They must complete the application.
  4. We go ahead in rain. We will postpone the day only for an Extreme or Catastrophic fire danger rating, a damaging winds warning, road closures, or another safety reason. If we postpone or cancel, you may choose a new date or a full refund.
  5. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

4. Children and guests

Children may attend with their household, but the day is not designed for them. There are no activities, facilities or supervision for children. You are responsible for anyone you bring, and you accept the Liability Waiver on their behalf.

5. Not advice, not an offer

  1. Everything shared on the day, including costs, invoices, numbers and opinions, is general information based on our own experience. It is not financial, investment, legal, tax, planning or agricultural advice, and it does not take your circumstances into account in a way that makes it personal advice. Get your own professional advice before you make any decision.
  2. Nothing on this website or on the day is an offer of, or invitation to acquire, any interest in land, any financial product or any investment. Any future arrangement would be a separate matter, subject to its own documents and professional advice.

6. Privacy and confidentiality

  1. The address and the financial details shared on the day are private. You agree not to publish or share the address, or any photo, video or post that identifies the property's location, and not to publish the financial details shared on the day.
  2. Please ask before photographing or filming people on the day.
  3. We use your application answers and contact details only to run the day, to talk with you about your decision, and to contact you about related events. We don't sell or share them. Ask us at any time to see or delete them.

7. General

  1. These terms and the Liability Waiver are the whole agreement for the day.
  2. They are governed by the law of Victoria, and the courts of Victoria have jurisdiction.
